Using the site
EmojiKaomoji provides Unicode text, creative references, and browser-based tools for convenient discovery and copying. You are responsible for deciding whether content is appropriate and permitted in the app, community, country, or commercial context where you use it.
Content rights vary
Unicode characters and emoji code points are standards-based text, but a particular artwork, text arrangement, name, description, compilation, brand, or third-party character may have separate rights. Availability on EmojiKaomoji does not mean that every item is copyright-free, trademark-free, or cleared for every commercial use. The site does not grant rights it does not hold.
Tools and reference material
Generated text, converters, calculators, formulas, and reference pages are provided for convenience. Check important results independently. Do not use the site as a substitute for professional, engineering, scientific, medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.
Submissions and licence
Submit only material you created or have permission to share. You retain rights you hold. By submitting, you give the EmojiKaomoji site operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, format, moderately edit metadata or presentation, distribute through the site, and promote the submission while it is published. This licence is only for operating and promoting EmojiKaomoji; it does not transfer your ownership.
Do not submit personal data, secrets, malicious code, unlawful material, harassment, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Submission does not guarantee publication. The administrator may reject, correct, unpublish, or remove material to protect people, rights, security, or collection quality. Removal from the public site may not immediately remove necessary audit records or copies in routine backups.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or overload the service at harmful rates, manipulate counters, inject code, impersonate others, or use the site to distribute harmful or unlawful content. Submissions are handled as text; attempts to turn them into executable markup are prohibited.
Availability and liability
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. Content may be incomplete, inaccurate, changed, or removed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator does not promise uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
