Who this notice covers
This notice applies to the EmojiKaomoji website. The site is operated under the EmojiKaomoji name. A formal operator legal name and postal contact have not been designated for publication, so they are not invented here. Privacy questions can be sent to izzain.uca@gmail.com.
Information used by public features
Browsing, search, and copying
You can browse, search, use generators, and copy content without creating a public account. Approved content and aggregate copy counters are stored in the site database. A successful copy may increment the copied item’s aggregate counter; that counter is about the item, not a named visitor.
Preferences on your device
Theme and favorites are stored in your browser’s local storage. If you make a privacy choice, the site stores the choice, its version, and an update time in local storage. These preferences stay in that browser unless you clear or change them.
Submissions
A submission includes the artwork and metadata you provide, plus optional creator and source-credit information. It remains private and pending until reviewed. Limited technical information may be processed for abuse prevention and security.
Administration, Security, and Service Delivery
We use essential security measures to protect EmojiKaomoji, prevent unauthorized access, and maintain website functionality.
Our hosting and security providers, including Cloudflare where applicable, may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and access timestamps to operate and protect the website.
We retain technical and security information only as needed for legitimate operational, security, and applicable legal purposes.
Optional analytics and advertising
Live optional analytics and advertising are disabled by default. The privacy-settings control does not itself transmit analytics or load an advertising service. If optional analytics is enabled later, an event is eligible only after an affirmative stored choice and the server-side feature and provider binding are also enabled. Withdrawing the choice blocks future optional events and clears pending search telemetry in that browser.
No AdSense or other advertising script is active. Before advertising is used in regions where Google requires it, the owner must configure an appropriate Google-certified, IAB TCF-integrated consent management platform. This site’s first-party settings panel is not that CMP.
Sharing and international processing
The application does not sell personal information. Necessary hosting, security, email, or future approved analytics providers may process limited information for their service. Provider identities, regions, transfer terms, and retention must be confirmed and this notice updated before optional providers are activated.
Your choices and requests
You can clear local preferences in your browser, change optional analytics through , or email izzain.uca@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, or clarification concerning information you submitted. Include the relevant page, submission details, and the request you are making, but do not email passwords or identity documents unless the owner explains why proportionate verification is necessary.
The owner will assess requests against applicable law and operational needs. No response deadline or deletion outcome is promised here where applicability, identity, legal obligations, security records, or backups must first be assessed.
Children and changes
The site is not designed to solicit children’s personal information. Audience and age-handling decisions remain subject to owner/legal review before launch. Material changes to active collection or providers should be reflected in this notice and, where required, presented before the changed processing begins.
